Do you offer payment plans for your services?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make our services accessible for all business stages! If you need a payment plan, let us know prior to paying for the service you need and we can set up that payment plan for you!

What systems do you automate in a business?

We automate client onboarding, lead capture, appointment scheduling, payment workflows, email sequences, and more - tailored to your business model.

What software or CRM do you use to build websites/sales funnels and set up backend systems and automations?

We use GoHighLevel(GHL) software and CRM to build websites, sales, funnels, and set up automations and run backend systems for your business. GoHighLevel is an excellent software and CRM that handles the daily tasks of your business seamlessly and quickly.

Do you offer training for GHL with the purchase of your services?

Yes we do! Once you are signed up and onboarded onto GHL, we show you how to see your leads/clients, how to manage the software and also how the mobile app works as well. If you have a team, we can train your team as well for an additional cost monthly.

*The price per month to train your team will vary depending on the number of training sessions you need your team to have and the time periods(ex: once a week, multiple times a week, etc.)

What's included in your social media management service?

We create and schedule branded content, engage with your audience, and help you grow your online presence consistently across platforms.

How can your services help get more clients?

We optimize every part of your online presence - from design and automation to engagement - to convert traffic into leads and leads into paying clients/customers.

Do I need to have a business already to work with you?

Not at all! We work with both aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners to help build a solid foundation and growth strategy.

Will I be able to manage things myself after the setup?

Yes! We offer training and walkthroughs so you can confidently manage your leads, conversations, and systems - or continue with our support if preferred. Most clients have us handle the work on the backend so that they can focus on the more important things that make the business money and so they can be hands off with the backend side of the business.

Do you offer AI setup?

Yes we do offer AI for your website(s) and sales funnel(s)! We can set up AI chatbots that handle Q&A, normal conversation, appointment bookings, social media responses to DMs, comments, and forms, and much more.

*The AI features do cost and will require you to have a payment option on file within the software in order for it to work. Each feature costs a certain amount per AI response. For example, an AI chatbot that responds to regular conversation may cost $0.02 per response, so just make sure you have funds available for it to work if you choose to integrate AI into your business.*

What do we do if we need to contact you for any assistance?

For all of our clients that book a service with us, we will have one Zoom call per month to go over any questions you may have. If you need any additional assistance, we will have a booking link on our home page at www.consultdcj.com where you can book a FREE call with us at any time or you can reach out to us directly via phone at 803-889-0664 or contact us via email at [email protected] and we will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of your request.

We will have a support ticket page up and running shortly where you can submit any requests or concerns you may have with your sub account in GHL or any general questions.

Will there be any price increases on any monthly services we purchase?

We will only increase prices on monthly services if your business needs expand and you require more work from us. Otherwise we will not increase the price of your monthly service.

*We will notify you of any monthly price increases before we increase your monthly recurring price and we will conduct a Zoom meeting with you to explain the price increase and the additional services or work we will be completing for you and your business.

Do you work with particular niches or businesses?

We work with ALL business types, entrepreneurs, and business owners regardless of how small or big your business is and regardless of the type of business you have.
